Just banged out a quick little one pager for the Inventor Trade Shows series, this time promoting an educational panel event at the upcoming National Hardware Show.
Built on a mobile-first proportional grid-system, the design follows a flat and minimal aesthetic, while introducing vintage-inspired elements via some old engraving graphics. Big fan of mixing old and new and I’m definitely excited to further explore this design pattern.
Other ITS Schtuffs
In addition to the Pitch The Experts page, other recent Inventor Trade Shows efforts include pages for the Response Expo, the Licensing Expo and the PGA Merchandise Show. Check em out if you get a chance!
Hammer Template – Coming Soon
The site was also employed on a tiny front-end framework I’ve been building – enabling me to rock an in browser design from concept to finished product in well under 2 hours. Even though everyone and their mum is droppin’ front-end frameworks these days, I’ve integrated my own as a Hammer template and figure I’ll open source it soon. I can’t say enough great things about Hammer and how it’s improved my overall workflow and approach to dev. So, if you’ve yet to give Hammer a spin, this could be a great way to get your feet wet. Stay tuned.
